The Trustee for Danou Trust T/A HYPER-GENERATION offers both (1) Stock Products and (2) Pre-Order Products for menswear and womenswear fashion apparel and accessories. On the website you will find detailed descriptions of the products that can be purchased.
Variations in manufacturing processes, monitor and screen settings, and other factors may result in products appearing slightly different from those shown and described on the website.
All products on the website are subject to availability. If a product you have requested is not available, we will contact you to offer a suitable replacement or substitution, subject to your approval.
Please keep in mind that your order will only be processed and confirmed once authorisation has been received from your financial institution or credit/debit card provider.

Australia & International
All prices indicated and payments made on The Trustee for Danou Trust T/A HYPER-GENERATION products are in local currencies nominated on the website.
All prices are inclusive of relevant statutory and local taxes and customs and importation duties and taxes (if and where applicable).
Delivery charges to overseas customers are not included and will be added at checkout, as per the Terms of Delivery Information.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
International
(1) Stock Orders – Stock orders are usually dispatched from The Trustee for Danou Trust T/A HYPER-GENERATION fulfilment locations within 14–20 business days from the date of order confirmation.
(2) Pre-Orders – Pre-orders are usually dispatched from The Trustee for Danou Trust T/A HYPER-GENERATION fulfilment locations within 25–30 business days from the date of order confirmation.
In addition to the above dispatch lead times, and depending on the delivery location, there may be an additional delivery period as outlined below. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed due to potential external factors outside the control of The Trustee for Danou Trust T/A HYPER-GENERATION.
Deliveries Within Australia
Delivery Cost: Orders above $150 in value are eligible for free delivery.
Orders less than $150 in value are charged a $25 (flat fee) delivery charge per order shipment.
Stock Orders: Deliveries of product in stock within Australia should be received within 7–10 business days from order confirmation.
Pre-Orders: Deliveries of pre-order products within Australia should be received within 14–20 business days from order confirmation.
Every effort is made to have your purchase delivered within the specified timeframe. All packages require a signature upon delivery by Australia Post. In the event that no one is available to sign at your address, the courier may leave a card for you to collect your order from the nearest Post Office.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details. Please ensure you provide a valid contact number and the correct delivery address to ensure timely delivery. The Trustee for Danou Trust T/A HYPER-GENERATION cannot be held responsible for loss of any orders due to incorrect shipping details.
International Deliveries
We are pleased to offer international delivery to most countries via Post, FedEx or DHL. Fees will be calculated at checkout, or you may contact us via email at info@hyper-generation.com for more information.
All shipments require a signature on delivery. If a parcel is not claimed or is refused by the receiver, our courier will attempt redelivery. If redelivery is unsuccessful, the parcel may be destroyed or abandoned by authorities in the receiver’s country. No refunds will be issued for parcels that are not claimed or refused.
International deliveries may incur additional charges or fees, including import duties, taxes and customs charges, which may be payable by the receiver.
The Trustee for Danou Trust T/A HYPER-GENERATION guarantees delivery except in situations, events or circumstances beyond our control, including where parcels are unable to be delivered due to the receiver’s lack of availability.
